**《💎Strong tea farmers background💎》**
260 years ago, during the Qing Dynasty's Qianlong era (1735-1795),
people from Zhao'an County in Zhangzhou Prefecture, Fujian Province,
came to settle in Taiwan. During the Qing Guangxu era (1885-1845),
tea plants and tea-making techniques were introduced from Fujian,
and tea gardens and factories were established. They pursued tea-making technology,
applied for technology transfer from the Agricultural Improvement Station,
and improved their management capabilities through ISO 22000 certification. In 2000,
the first tea factory was established in Taihe, Meishan, Chiayi, and the second factory was established in Lishan tea area in the same year. In recent years,
high-standard tea factories have been established in Lala Mountain tea area.
Currently, there are over 255 acres of high-altitude tea gardens in Fushoushan, Lishan and Lala
Mountain areas, with high altitudes, cold temperatures and intact natural forests.
The quarterly yield has already reached tens of thousands of pounds, with a considerable scale.

[Features]: Bright tea soup, thick leaves and concentrated fruit gel, provides lingering fragrance for 5-8 infusions
[Flavor]: Rich mountain flavor, unique aroma and throat rhyme, strong aftertaste, clear and translucent, with a hint of honey in the throat rhyme
[Harvesting Method]: Hand-picking one heart and two or three leaves
[Fermentation Degree]: Uses the traditional Taiwanese light fermentation process
[Features of Dàyǔ Lǐng Tea]
The large temperature difference between day and night and the cold climate in the area result in slow tea growth and low yield, which creates a unique flavor. The tea leaves of the new Jia Yang tea, nurtured by the essence of high-altitude phytoncides and forest air throughout the year, have thick leaves, concentrated fruit gel, obvious frost, strong mountain flavor, and a strong aftertaste, giving it a mellow taste and a full aroma. It can be said to be the most fragrant hand-picked tea in the world, with a unique flavor that is unforgettable.
[Features of Dàyǔ Lǐng]
The top-grade Dàyǔ Lǐng oolong tea belongs to the tea region with the highest elevation in Taiwan, grown in a high-altitude environment of 2300-2600 meters, surrounded by pristine forests.
The soil is rich in organic matter; there is year-round fog and a large temperature difference between day and night, resulting in a cool and delayed growth climate which yields a unique tea flavor. The yield is relatively scarce, making it the highest grade of Taiwanese tea, also known as the king of Taiwanese high-mountain tea. Cultivated in a clean and cold environment, it has a fresh and fragrant taste, presenting a golden-green tea soup with a fresh and natural aroma that is different from the natural floral and fruity aroma of ordinary tea. It is refreshing, leaves a pleasant aftertaste, and has a slight fermentation process, retaining the aroma of the original tea mountain forest. The soil in the tea area belongs to a slightly acidic yellow soil type, rich in organic matter and loose in texture, making it extremely suitable for tea tree growth. The tea ball is tightly wrapped and heavy, with a strong aroma. The tea leaves are green and tender, and the water is a honey-green color. It has a refreshing and sweet taste, is resistant to brewing, and has a high sweetness level, with soft water quality. Dayuling high-mountain tea has a light golden and transparent color, with a unique and elegant high-mountain tea aroma and a fruity scent. It is smooth to drink, with a full and mellow flavor and excellent aftertaste, with strong tea aroma penetration. The bottom of the cup has a lasting fragrance. Drinking it leaves a memorable aftertaste, making it the best of Taiwanese high-mountain tea!
